Alexandra Kiroi-Bogatyreva
Founder & Head Coach
Alex is an former rhythmic gymnast who started gymnastics with a successful career spanning over 18 years. Alex is actively involved in sport governance and athlete welfare through her roles with the FIG Safeguarding Working Group, Sports Integrity Australia’s Athlete Advisory Group, and the Gymnastics Ethics Foundation.

After retiring in 2025, Alex is has been coaching, educating the next generation through masterclasses, and pursuing formal certification to remain deeply connected to the rhythmic gymnastics community.

In August 2025, Alex had the opportunity to establish Kiroi Academy, continuing the legacy of her former club where she had built her the foundation of her successful career. ​​

Alex founded Kiroi Academy with a vision to create a lasting, meaningful environment where coaches and gymnasts feel supported, valued, and inspired. Through the Academy, she aims to empower coaches not only in their technical roles but also as mentors, leaders, and innovators in the sport.
Alisa Gimgina
HP Coach
Alisa brings passion, precision and positivity to every training session.

She inspiring gymnasts to challenge themselves while enjoying the beautiful artistry of rhythmic gymnastics.  
She also has started her coaching career in 2018.

Alisa represented Victoria at the Australian Gymnastics Championships every year from 2014-2022 and was part of the National Squad from 2016-2022.
Jett Bolt
Intermediate Coach
Jett trained and competed as a Rhythmic Gymnast from the ages of 8 to 16. She has trained as a Dancer for over 15 years and competed for 10 years, covering styles such as Ballet, Pointe, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Broadway, Tap, Musical Theatre and Commercial. She’s undertaken VCE Dance and Exam syllabus’ in RAD (Ballet), BBO (Ballet), SFD (Jazz and Tap) receiving Distinction results across each style.

Jett was accepted into Transit Dance Origins Company (Contemporary) in 2020, Transit Dance Origins Elevate (Performing Arts) in 2022 and 2023; training and performing. Jett also studies Acting and completed a Full-Time Acting course from 2023-2024 and continues classes.

Jett’s favourite part of Gymnastics, Dance and Acting is performance and encourages her gymnasts to be expressive throughout their routines. She also loves to choreograph to different styles of music.​​
Elena Zdebko
Advanced Coach
Born in Ukraine, Elena trained in rhythmic gymnastics from early childhood and obtained “Master of Sport” level. She coached rhythmic gymnastics in Iran for 10 years, where she was awarded Best Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach 9 years in a row.

Elena migrated to Australia in 2018, coaching in Perth at RGA for 2 years with gymnasts achieving excellent results at the WA State Championship. After moving to Melbourne in 2020, she continued coaching at Glen Iris Gymnastics with her gymnasts attaining many medals including State Champion and Runner-up in 2023.

Elena is a strong believer that with hard work and enjoyment for the sport, girls can achieve outstanding results.
Nina Molina

With her warm energy and deep love for rhythmic gymnastics, Nina Molina inspires young gymnasts to believe in themselves and enjoy every step of their journey.

She always loved education in all its forms. I was lucky to practise this sport herself and now have the chance to teach it. Nina love seeing how kids believe in themselves, learn, and improve.

So Yeon Kim
Coach
So Yeon Kim is a former member of the South Korean National Youth Rhythmic Gymnastics Team (2017). She is passionate about sharing the beauty, discipline, and artistry of rhythmic gymnastics with her students.

Beginning her coaching career in 2023, So Yeon is known for creating a positive and engaging training environment where athletes can develop both their skills and confidence. Her goal is to inspire gymnasts to achieve their best while genuinely enjoying the journey of learning and growing in the sport.
